The Rex Motel is pleased to welcome groups of all sizes up to the maximum level occupancy of our rooms! We offer special Rates & Reservations for church, senior citizens, students and international visitors groups. We’ll gladly quote your group rate.
All group reservations require a minimum 20% deposit or $500.00 (whichever is greater) at the time of booking payable ONLY in cash or with a bank draft. The full balance of the reservation is required not less than 7 days before the commencement of the booking or the booking will be automatically cancelled. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. If the booking is cancelled more than 30 calendar days prior to the commencement of the booking monies received will be refunded less $50 administration fee. . If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 calendar days prior to the commencement of the booking (automatically or by the guest) the deposit will be kept as liquidated damages unless the reserved rooms of the motel are rebooked and sold-out for the same dates at the same or greater tariff .
